Visitation Policy

COVID/Infectious Disease Visitation Planning, Rules and Policy

The following policy is driven by guidelines on the current status of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is for residents, their families and visitors, and all Presidential Place team members. If you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or any other infectious disease, please do not visit until you test negative or the symptoms have passed. This in mind, please note that:

1. Family and/or visitors are welcome 24-hours a day;
2. Family and/or visitors MUST wear masks for the duration of their visit, and;
3. They MUST agree to mandatory temperature and symptom screening via Accushield upon check in to the community.
4. To ensure the health and safety of residents and team members, social distancing is encouraged but not required.
5. Family and/or visitors are NOT welcome in the dining room at this point. They can join their family member for meals in the living room area of the community.
6. Again, family and/or visitors are to wear a mask at all times throughout the visit. Please arrived wearing your own mask. Should you require a mask, one will be provided at check in.

Please note that visitation may be restricted in the event you are unable to abide by this policy or any other polices set forth by the community. Also, be aware that this policy can change if there is an escalation of COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. You will be alerted to a change by the community and you might want to call first.
